  • Some of the symptoms that we are seeing today are: low energy, sciatica, IT band, and low back pain. All of the above could be created due to an unhealthy psoas muscle.
  • Can fear, anxiety and stress be causing the psoas tension?
  • The psoas muscle is subtle, hidden deep in our body. Here is a picture: The Psoas
  • The psoas muscle is that which keeps our upper body and lower body functioning in harmony.
  • A lot of people are dealing with the fear of the unknown right now.
  • The fear of the unknown causes the psoas muscle to become unhealthy. An unhealthy psoas muscle causes more fear. This creates a vicious cycle which can then be played off by the news media.
  • Are you over stretching? Are you making yourself over flexible?
  • Mobility is moving with strength and control within your own range of motion.
  • Boat to Reverse Table Top is a great mini-vini (mini-flow)that strengthens the psoas.
  • Spinning and seated rowing can aggravate the psoas.
  • If you do not have a standing desk, make one.
  • Modified Crescent Warrior s great for strength and mobility of the psoas muscle.
  • High knees in a slow and controlled way are anther great movement for the psoas.
  • According to Ayurveda you can do an elimination diet for your thoughts.
  • A subtle thought can very easily turn into gross reality if you give it energy.
  • Every time you have a thought that is upsetting, know that you have the ability to eliminate it should you choose to.

It’s so funny how one “simple” word can have such a profound impact!

I just finished listening to episode 55. And, while I (of course) enjoyed the entire episode, I have to say that I LOVE the way you use “curiosity”! It’s definitely a challenge at times to remain unattached to outcomes and remain the observer. I feel like “curiosity” is the missing link to that equation! By approaching the situation through the perspective of the observer WITH CURIOSITY...that’s what makes it exciting to try new things without getting caught in the web of attachment!! Thank you for sharing that! (Where’s the exploding head emoji when you need it?)
